The Trust established with the charitable, philanthropic and noble object of social change and improvement.

1. To promote literacy, education, knowledge, skill and inculcation of timeless values and ethos of  the nation.
2. To promote, assist and support educational or other institution for providing primary, secondary, higher-secondary, college education; providing coaching, guidance, counseling,vocational training, to grant individual scholarships, studentships and other economic assistance of varying degrees of poor, deserving and needy students for schooling, higher and special education; to set and/or aid and assist in setting up of public libraries and reading rooms.
3. To promote, assist and support such of the institutions running hostels for students, to provide infrastructure facility for running of hostels, to provide such other facilities that students require and to provide economic assistance of varying degrees to poor, deserving and needy students to meet their hostel and maintenance expenses.
4. To provide economic or other assistance in kind by way of distribution of books, notebooks, clothes, uniforms and other requirements to poor, deserving and needy students to enable them to pursue their education.
5. To encourage and fund all research which have the potential to benefit humanity in any manner.
6. To provide medical and healthcare facilities by establishing, maintaining, running, developing improving, extending and/or aid and assist in establishment, improvement, maintenance, running, development and extension of clinics, dispensaries, hospitals, medical laboratories, medical research centres and similar institutions affording treatment, rest, recuperation and other medical relief to the public including the physically and/or mentally challenged and the aged.
7. To establish, maintain, develop and/or aid in establishment, maintenance and development of Blood Banks and Drug Banks.
8. To organize, run and/or aid and assist in organizing and running of medical camps in urban and rural areas.
9. To provide an/or aid and assist in providing for the relief of poor by feeding of the poor and improving their nutrition levels and eradicating hunger; providing shelter or aid constructing community halls, rest houses, accommodation, etc; and provision of clothing for the poor and the needy.
10. To improve the living standard of the poor, down trodden, under-privileged and disadvantaged persons in urban slums and rural areas, reintegrating them into society and make them important contributors to social change and improvement.
11. To establish, maintain, run and/or aid and assist in establishment, maintaining and running of creches, day-care centres, destitute homes, rehabilitation centres, orphanages, old-age homes and similar institutions including grant of funds for the support of the inmates.
12. To undertake and/or support, aid and assist in undertaking projects meant for the economic and social upliftment of the poor, downtrodden and the needy including but not limited to slum development schemes/projects, rural development schemes/projects, enhancing employment, construction of the roads, drainages, sanitation, drinking water, better farming methods, etc.
13.  To undertake relief programs in times of famine, flood, riots and other calamities whether natural or man-made.
14. To identify deserving individuals or groups of youth and provide the necessary support in the form training, conducting programs for skill development for the purposes of capacity building and improved employability.
15. To provide the necessary assistance and support to the youth by providing and/or aiding and assisting in providing training and promotion of sports; by enabling increased and improved access to employment opportunities especially at entry levels.
16. To promote and inculcate among the youth the values of self-reliance and encourage entrepreneurship by proving the necessary hand-holding and much needed support whether financial or otherwise including setting up of or aiding and assisting in setting up of incubators located within academic institutions.
17. To conduct various programs, participate in activities and co-ordinate with other institutions or organizations to create social and public awareness and civic sense amongst people; for construction and improvement of civic amenities and improve public utilities.
18. To provide for and/or aid and assist in providing for the measures for the benefit of armed forces veterans, war widows and their dependents.
19. To promote and/or aid and assist in promoting preservation of environment including water-sheds, forests and wildlife to ensure environmental sustainability, ecological balance, conservation and rejuvenation of natural resources.
20. To promote and/or aid and assist in promoting preservation of monuments or places or objects of artistic and historic interest so as to protect national heritage, art and culture; promotion of traditional arts and handicrafts, etc.
21. To co-operate and co-ordinate with Central, State and Local Governments and other authorities and bodies in extending aid for any of the above objects of which the Trust is established.
22. To undertake and carryon any other activities incidental to the above activities but which are not inconsistent with the above objects and service of the nation and advancement of any other objects of general public utility and it shall be lawful and competent for the TRUSTEES to give donation to other trust, institutions and organizations having similar objects and the Trust shall be for the benefit of all persons.
